Chief Chick-A-Maw
Chief Chick-A-Maw is in a private collection in the Pine River, MN area. The client wanted no finish on the piece - it is raw butternut wood with a black walnut base (finished). This carving was on display at our Arts Off 84 Art Crawl in September 2010 as a "work in progress". The client liked the carving as it was and provided the name for it as well.
Finished Grocery Store Guy
The owner of the general store in Redby, MN was very happy to welcome the finished Horatio home. He proudly stands inside the store to greet shoppers and visitors. If you're ever in the area stop in to see him.
